…Suffice to say, I'm bored of my spirit of blogging about questionable niche website practices, writing content for search engines and building questionable links - you know all the artificial things we do, make us believe that our websites are an asset to the Web. There is really only so much I can take before I bash my head against my monitor out of pure boredom and frustration, I deceive me (and my readers) to believe, that I am a "Business".

For the past 2 years I very much on quasi-SEO (or what I thought SEO), building niche websites, mirroring, Web pages etc of blogs. I have many tools for generating spam, artificial, low-quality junk-e-links, and I spent much time waiting to, be classified - positive course. Finally, I have what I wanted (read: ranking) but it was not sustainable and it was mind-numbing and certainly not what I was passionate about doing, as I wanted only to get get ranked, paid and then out.

Affiliate marketing is not dead. Promote an other products instead of creating your own is still very lucrative, but expect to get results of marketing tactics and then whine when you rich "Gurus" say not within the proverbial 6 months who receive that you wait for dead end works.

7 Reasons why your best that you keep your job:

-Not really solve their website or provide a solution, because you feel that the task of the AdSense map.

FTC busts fake news sites - Acai affiliate sued - popular affiliate network may assets frozen

The only name I recognize is interbank market media AKA COPEAC, a well known affiliate network.

According to the FTC press release on "the FTC seeks to permanently stop this misleading practice and asked courts to freeze the operations of assets pending trial." So I ask me, if she owed affiliate commissions pay can???

As I always say "Market with integrity and each WINS!" If you are marketing gets spammy, scammy offers and merchant broken and not pay you, then you've got what you deserve. Not only that, but you could be in trouble you get. It is simply not worth it!

Gambling affiliate sting FBI warning includes 4 largest online poker sites

I have long warned affiliates to stay away from gambling, RX and other risky affiliate programs that are, or could, be examined in the future Government.

On Friday the FBI seized and close the Web sites for pokerstars, full tilt poker UB.com and absolute poker sites, 4 of the largest online poker sites. The charges were reportedly bank fraud, money laundering and illegal gambling offense. Supposedly, not even customers can get their money due to the fact that the sites be shut down.

I think all of these companies had affiliate programs. They owe any of you money? I am curious to know if they should pay in able, affiliates, they money after the heavy fines. I suppose, have also frozen their bank accounts and other assets.

Affiliate marketing industry Coalition proposed comments legislation need track

In December 2010, the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") released a staff report with recommendations to Stengthen U.S. consumer privacy protection, including an Internet emergency track mechanism.  The consumer advocacy community on the whole, supported the establishment of a government emergency track responsible for mechanism is focused on the emergence of behavioral online advertising, tracking consumer Internet activities for targeted marketing purposes.

18 February 2011 put one week after the Republic Jackie Speier (D Calif.) introduced the "do not track me online Act by 2011," a coalition of the marketing group comments to the FTC, essentially States that a mechanism allows consumers to avoid, that their Internet activities followed by advertisers greatly undermine efforts of the industry.  The above mentioned marketing groups cited the fact that consumers already have the ability to prevent such tracking in a recently launched industry program of the online marketing industry.  The self-regulation program with a central Web page, aboutads.info, function can consumer opt-Out behavioral advertising by participating companies.

The Coalition, consisting of the direct marketing association, Association of national advertisers, Interactive Advertising Bureau, the American Advertising Federation and the Association of advertising agencies, explains that "the Federal Government not the industry's commitment to the program undermined should by a double emergency track mechanism by law, regulation or Decree before all if appropriate mechanisms available on the market and were even designed", to the high standards and principles meet proposed by the Commission in your recent report on online behavioral advertising two years ago. "More important is, shows the Coalition way, where a government emergency track targeted marketing revenues could affect mechanism, support the fact free content on the Internet."

According to the Coalition, the Council of the better Business Bureau should monitor compliance with over the Internet, from 31 March 2011.
